I am a 23-year-old individual approaching my 24th birthday on February 2nd. Despite my age, I often felt like a failure, lacking significant achievements in life. The past 1.5 years have been particularly challenging, especially since my father's mental health deteriorated. This unveiled my own weaknesses, prompting me to embark on this challenge as a means to overcome them and bring positive change into my life.


*The Motivation Behind the Challenge:*

My motivation extends beyond personal development; it's about overcoming weaknesses that have held me back. Witnessing my father's health decline emphasized the importance of addressing my own weaknesses. Thus, the 75-day challenge became a tool for self-improvement and economic empowerment.


*Daily Routine Highlights:*

1. **Morning Routine:** Started my day with a warm water regimen, followed by stretching, pushups, and squats. A 10-minute meditation session added a sense of calm and focus.


2. **Spiritual Connection:** Read the Hanuman Chalisa, fostering a spiritual connection to set a positive tone for the day.


3. **Nutritional Choices:** Incorporated chana (chickpeas) and soybeans into my diet for sustained energy. Evening exercise included Russian twists, crunches, flutter kicks, jumping jacks, and a 2 km walk.


4. **Professional Growth:** Gained confidence at work, noticing a positive shift in my mindset during job hours.


5. **Evening Routine:** Practiced writing skills, an essential part of my personal growth journey.


*Challenges and Learnings:*

While I couldn't fill out the CDs form today, I remain optimistic and plan to complete it tomorrow. The journey has taught me resilience, consistency, and the importance of pushing through challenges.

Namaskar sabko! Aaj mere 31 dinon ke milepost ka pura ho jaana hai 75-din ke challenge mein, jisme Brahmacharya ka bhi ek hissa hai. Is badalte safar par vichar karte hue mujhe khushi ka ehsaas hota hai, jab maine apni zindagi mein kiye gaye sakaratmak badlavon ko mahsus kiya hai.

*Vyaktigat Pichhla Background:*

Main ek 23 saal ka vyakti hoon jo 2nd February ko apne 24th janamdin ki or badh raha hai. Apne yogyataon mein kuch khaas hasil nahi kar paane ke bawajood main hamesha ek asafalta mehsoos karta tha. Pichhle 1.5 saalon mein, mere papa ki mansik swasthya mein kami hone se mujhe yeh samajh aaya ki kaise meri kamzoriyan mujhe rok rahi hain. Is kamzoriyon ko dur karne ke liye maine is challenge ka aarambh kiya hai, jo mere jeevan ko sudharne ka ek sahi tareeka dikhata hai.

*Challenge Ke Peeche Ka Utsaah:*

Meri prerna vyaktigat vikas ke bahut aage badhti hai; yeh meri kamzoriyon ko par karne ka ek zariya hai. Apne papa ke swasthya ka ghatit hona ne meri apni kamzoriyon ko pahchaan lene ka mahatva ko aur bhi badha diya. Isliye, 75-din ka challenge mere liye swabhiman badhane aur arthik majbooti paane ka ek sadhan ban gaya hai.

*Roz ki Dincharya Ka Pramukh Dristikon:*

1. **Subah ki Dincharya:** Apne din ki shuruaat garam pani ke saath ki, jise stretching, pushups, aur squats ke saath follow kiya gaya. 10-minute dhyan abhyas ne ek shaant aur dhyan yukt mahaul banaya.

2. **Adhyatmik Jod:** Hanuman Chalisa padhkar ek adhyatmik jod banaya, jo din ko sakaratmak dhun mein shuru karta hai.

3. **Poshtik Chunoautiyan:** Apne bhojan mein chane aur soyabeen ko shamil kiya gaya tha, jo lagatar energy ke liye sahayak hai. Sham ko exercise mein Russian twist, crunches, flutter kicks, jumping jacks, aur 2 km ki walk shaamil thi.

4. **Vyavsayik Vikas:** Kaam mein vishwas mila, aur kaam ke dauran apne mansikset mein ek sakaratmak badlav ka ahsaas hua.

5. **Sham ki Dinacharya:** Lekhan kaushalon ki prashikshan kiya, jo meri vyaktigat vriddhi ki ek mahatva purna bhaag hai.

*Chunautiyan Aur Seekh:*

Halki si taakaton ke bawajood, maine aaj CDs form nahi bhar paaya, lekin main ummidvar hoon aur ise kal pura karne ka iraada hai. Yeh safar ne mujhe sahas, sthirta, aur chunautiyon ka muqabla karne ki mahatva ko sikhaya hai.

*Natija:*

Aap sabko is din ke baare mein padhne ke liye dhanyavaad. Aapka samarthan bahut mayne rakhta hai. Mujhe asha hai ki mera safar aapko apni zindagi mein sakaratmak badlav karne ki disha mein prerit karega. Motivated rahiye aur chaliye aage bhi behtar bante hain!
