Today, I'm here to share my journey through the 75-day hard challenge and 37-day celibacy challenge. The day started with warm water and sun salutations, a sight I hadn't seen in a while.
In subsequent exercises, I focused intensely on my core, completing 350 crunches, Russian twists, planks, and mountain climbers. Following that, I did 2 sets of pushups and 2 sets of squats to wrap up my workout. Afterward, I found solace by reciting the Hanuman Chalisa.
Before even bathing, I engaged in a 10-minute meditation session, challenging myself with a 30-day commitment to mindfulness. Post-office work, I tutored a 12th-grade student, adhering to the rules of discipline.
In the evening, I concluded my day with outdoor exercises—walking, pushups, and squats. My day isn't over yet as I plan to delve into understanding and reading some physics chapters.
I feel it's essential to finish this blog a bit early today to ensure I can focus on my studies. I hope you, too, will strive to do something positive in your life.

Aaj main apne 75-day hard challenge aur 37-day bhramcharya ka safar share karne aaya hoon. Din ki shuruaat hui garam Pani ke saath, aur fir surya namaskar ke saath, jise maine bahut dino baad dekha.
Subsequent exercises mein, maine apne core par focus kiya aur lagaye 350 crunches, Russian twist, plank, aur mountain climbers. Iske baad, 2 sets pushups aur 2 sets squats se workout ko complete kiya. Yeh sab karne ke baad, main free ho gaya aur Hanuman Chalisa padhkar mann ko shanti di.
Subha nahne se pehle ki gayi 10-minute meditation ne mujhe mindfulness ka challenge diya, jo maine 30 days ka commitment kiya hai. Office work ke baad, maine tuition diya 12th class ke student ko aur apne day ko productive banaya.
Raat ko, outdoor exercise mein walking, pushups, aur squats ke sath din ko complete kiya. Abhi mere day ka ant nahi hua hai, kyun ki mujhe physics ke kuch chapters ko samajhna aur padhna hai.
Mujhe lagta hai ki aaj ka blog jaldi banaye jaana chahiye, taki mein study mein bhi focus rakh saku. Umeed hai ki aap bhi apni life mein kuch achha karenge.
