My 75-Day Fitness Challenge Journey dAy 29


Hello friends,


Today, I am sharing a glimpse of my 75-day fitness challenge journey. My day begins with two glasses of warm water, refreshing my morning routine. Due to the unavailability of a gym, I focus on strength training at home, including various types of pushups, squats, crunches, and jumping jacks.


Afterward, meditation adds a positive and focused touch to my day. Post office work, I engage in outdoor exercises involving walking, pushups, Russian twists, and planks. These activities contribute to both my physical and mental fitness.


When my daily tasks are complete, I find solace in reading the Hanuman Chalisa to calm my mind.


A special moment today occurred when some neighborhood children brought in two small dogs. I ensured they had a comfortable space and took measures to protect them from the cold.


Following this, I filled out my C.D.S. form, marking the next step towards my goals.


This journey offers me a chance to see life from a new perspective. I hope you, too, are incorporating something new and positive into your lives.

Aaj main apne 75-day fitness challenge ke safar ka ek chhota sa glimpse share kar raha hoon. Mera din shuru hota hai garam paani ke do glass peene ke saath, jo meri morning freshness ko boost karta hai. Gym na jaane ki wajah se, main ghar par strength training ka focus karta hoon, including pushups, squats, crunches, aur jumping jacks.

Uske baad, meditation meri day ko positive aur focused banata hai. Office work ke baad, main apne outdoor exercises mein walking, pushups, Russian twists, aur plank ko shaamil karta hoon. Ye meri physical aur mental fitness mein madad karte hain.

Jab maine apne din ka kaam complete kiya, tab mujhe apne mann ko shant karne ke liye Hanuman Chalisa padhna pasand hai. Isse mujhe ek sukoon ka anubhav hota hai. 

Aaj ka ek khaas moment tha jab mere pados mein kuch bacche 2 chhote doggies ke saath aaye. Main ne check kiya ki unhein theek se jagah milti hai aur unki thand se bachne ke liye kuch kiya. 

Iske baad, maine apna C.D.S. form fill kiya, jo mera agla kadam hai apne goals ki taraf. 

Ye safar meri zindagi ko ek naye angle se dekhne ka mauka deta hai. Mujhe ummeed hai ki aap log bhi apni zindagi mein kuch naya aur achha kar rahe honge.
