Hello friends,
Today, I want to share a brief snapshot of my 75-day challenge journey with you. This journey is leading my life towards a new and healthier direction.
**1. Focus on Health:**
The journey always begins with good health. Every morning, I started with warm water and then engaged in exercise – squats, jumping jacks, and push-ups to energize my body.
**2. Mental Well-being:**
At the start of the day, I dedicated 10 minutes to mindfulness practice. It helps me improve mental peace and freshness.
**3. Spiritual Exploration:**
After bathing, I read the Hanuman Chalisa. It brings auspiciousness and balance to my day.
**4. Work and Rest:**
After finishing work, taking some rest is crucial. Afterward, I did an outdoor workout – just walking and stretching.
**5. Nourishing Diet:**
Paying attention to nutrition is also important. I focused on my diet and then watched a good movie.
**6. Positive Resolution:**
After completing the day, I made a positive resolution and drank milk.
**Conclusion:**
This 75-day challenge is adding new colors to my life. I hope that all of you will also do something good in your lives. Stay healthy, stay happy, and keep moving forward!
