Hello friends! Today, I am going to share my 75-day hard challenge and 40 days of celibacy journey with you. This journey is not just about physical fitness but also a part of a disciplined and mindful lifestyle.


**Morning Rituals:**

My day starts with warm water, which is not only refreshing but also provides health benefits. After that, I engage in 45 minutes of intense push-ups and jumping jacks. Then comes the time for meditation, which I maintain every day.


**Family Bonding:**

Today, one of my sisters was going to her in-laws, but I did not compromise on my daily routine. After office work, I dedicated time for outdoor exercise, including push-ups, squats, and Russian twists.


**Evening Meditation:**

Taking time for meditation in the evening is important. It not only reduces stress but also improves overall mental well-being.


**Gratitude and Reflection:**

Before going to bed, I reviewed my day and expressed gratitude for those moments that make my day special.


This 75-day journey has not only given me physical fitness but also revealed a new aspect of a disciplined lifestyle. Having a defined schedule for each day and regular exercise has given me a sense of accomplishment.

Mera din garam pani se shuru hota hai, jo not only refreshing hai but also health benefits provide karta hai. Iske baad 45 minutes ke intense pushups aur jumping jacks se shuruwat hoti hai. Fir aata hai meditation ka samay, jise main roz maintain karta hoon.

**Family Bonding:**
Aaj meri ek sis apne sasural ja rahi thi, lekin maine apne daily routine ko compromise nahi kiya. Office work ke baad bhi, maine outdoor exercise ka time nikala. Isme pushups, squats, aur Russian twists shamil the. 

**Evening Meditation:**
Shaam ko bhi meditation ka time nikalna important hai. Isse not only stress kam hota hai, but overall mental well-being bhi improve hota hai. 

**Gratitude and Reflection:**
Raat ko sone se pehle maine apne din ka review kiya, aur shukriya kiya un moments ke liye jo mere din ko special banate hain.

Is 75-day journey ne mujhe not only physical fitness di hai, balki ek disciplined lifestyle ka bhi ek naya roop dikhaya hai. Har din ka ek defined schedule aur regular exercise ne mujhe ek sense of accomplishment di hai.
