Body:
**1. Morning Rituals:**
- Started the day with 2 glasses of warm water, a cleansing practice for the body.

- Maintained a controlled diet during my fasting day, consuming a nutritious apple.
- Concluded the day with a wholesome meal, ensuring a balance of essential nutrients.
**5. Evening Routine:**
- Incorporated a brisk walk into my evening, complemented by additional push-ups for a holistic exercise routine.
- Returned home, allowing myself time to unwind and reflect on the day's experiences.
**6. Reflection and Gratitude:**
- As the night fell, took a moment to appreciate the challenges conquered and lessons learned.
- Expressed gratitude for the day's accomplishments, reinforcing a positive mindset.

Introduction:
Apne vyaktigat vikas aur adhyatmik sukh shanti ki or badhne ka ek naya kadam uthate hue, aaj maine 75-din ka kathin sankalp aur 41-din ka brahmacharya anushthan shuru kiya. Mere is din ke vrittant mein shaamil ho, jismein kriyakalapon, vyayam aur antarmukhi abhyas ke pal hain.
Body:
**1. Subah Ke Anushthan:**
- Din ki shuruaat ki 2 gilas garam paani se, sharir ko shuddhi ka anubhav karane wala ek amulya kriya.
- Uske baad ek taaza snan aur Hanuman Chalisa ka path, din ko sakaratmak banane ka ek adhyayan.
**2. Vyayam Ka Karyakram:**
- Maasik vyayam mein, tanav-mukt rahane ke liye stretching, push-ups, squats aur Russian twists shaamil kiye gaye.
- Sharirik kriya ko mansik spashtata aur dhyan ke saath dhyaan mein lagaya gaya.
**3. Man Ko Poshit Karein:**
- Bhautik aur mansik vikas ke marg mein, maine bhautik vigyan ki duniya mein khoj ki, apne gyan aur kala ko vistarit kiya.
- 5 ghante ka karyakshetra mein yogdan dene ke baad, thoda araam lene ka samay liya.
**4. Poshtik Aahar:**
- Upavas ke din mein control banae rakhne ke liye, ek poshak se bhara seb liya.
- Din ka ant bhari bhojan karke, avashyak poshak tatvon ka santulit mishran dhyan mein rakhte hue din ka samapan kiya.
**5. Sham Ka Anushthan:**
- Shaam mein brisk walking ke liye samay nikala gaya, jise aur push-ups ne aur bhi mazboot banaya.
- Ghar vapas laut kar, apne aap ko thoda shaant karne aur din ke anubhavon ka chintan karne ka samay diya.
**6. Chintan Aur Kratagnata:**
- Raat aane par, kiye gaye kathinayiyon aur jeetun ka chintan kiya, jo sikhne layak the.
- Din ki prashansa ke liye krati aur abhyas ka bhavna vyakt ki, ek sakaratmak drishti ko majboot banate hue.
