My 75 Hard Challenge and bhramcharya Journey: Day 15


Namaskar dosto! Aaj main apne 75 Hard challenge ke pehle 15 din ki kahani share karne ja raha hoon. 


**Introduction:**


Maine apni dincharya ko 6 am se shuru kiya, jisme crunches, pushups, squads, arms workout, aur cardio shaamil hai. Meditation ne mere din ko positivity aur empathy ke saath shuru kiya. Bhramcharya ke mahatva ko samajhne ke baad, maine apne din ko aur disciplined banane ka iraada kiya.


**Morning Meditation:**


Meditation mein aaj ka focus empathy par tha, aur morning workout se pehle bhramcharya ke baare mein padha. Ye anubhav mujhe free aur focused mehsoos karne ka mauka diya.


**Spiritual Connect:**


Hanuman Chalisa padhne ke baad, dhanyavad diya Bhagwan ko is zindagi ke liye. Mere face par hone wale acne aur pimples ke liye doctor se mili dawaiyon se maine apni health ka dhyan bhi rakha.


**Day's Routine:**


Dopahar mein ghar par medicine lene gaya, jahan papa ki dukaan mein kuch kaam bhi kiya. Khana khane ke baad, job searching ke liye laga hua hoon, kyunki main abhi unemployed hoon.


**Evening Workout:**


Shaam ko ek aur workout kiya, jisme maine focus kiya sirf squads, stretching aur pushups par. Meditation mein maine apne muladhar chakra par dhyan diya.


**Conclusion:**


Is din ko poora karte-karte, maine realize kiya ki free time ko sahi se utilize karke apne goals aur discipline mein sudhar laaya ja sakta hai.
