My 75-Day Hard Challenge Journey: Day - 10"

Aaj mera 75-day hard challenge ka 10th day hai, aur ye safar mere liye ek anokha anubhav hai. Din ki shuruaat hui meditation se, jisme maine Medito application ka istemal kiya aur kindness par dhyan lagaya. Iske baad, maine 45 minutes tak indoor exercise kiya, including Russian twists, crunches, squats, push-ups, aur cardio.


Jab yeh sab khatam hua, maine YouTube ke liye ek video banaya, jisme maine apne 75-day challenge ko record kiya. Ye ek tarika hai apne progress ko track karne ka, aur shayad inspire karne ka bhi.


Khana khane ke baad, maine dukan mein papa ki madad ki aur phir ek page likha apni handwriting ko sudharne ke liye. English aur Hindi dono mein likhna mera ek aur tarika hai apne skills ko polish karne ka.


Outdoor workout mein maine running, jumping jacks, aur half crunches kiye. 10 pages ek non-fictional book ke padhne se mujhe naya gyaan mila. Rat aane par maine dinner kiya aur apne man ko bhagam bhag movie dekhne me laga diya.

My 75-Day Hard Challenge Journey: Day - 10"


Hello Friends,


Today marks the 10th day of my 75-day hard challenge, and this journey has been a unique experience for me. I began the day with meditation, using the Medito application and focusing on the topic of kindness. Following that, I engaged in a 45-minute indoor exercise routine, incorporating Russian twists, crunches, squats, push-ups, and cardio.


Once all of that was done, I created a video for YouTube, documenting my 75-day challenge. It's a way to track my progress and perhaps inspire others as well.


After having a meal of chickpeas, raisins, and almonds, I helped my father at the store and then wrote a page to improve my handwriting skills, both in English and Hindi. Writing in both languages is another way for me to refine my skills.


In the outdoor workout session, I ran, did jumping jacks, and half crunches. Reading 10 pages of a non-fictional book added some new knowledge to my day. As the night fell, I had dinner and indulged in watching the movie "Bhagam Bhag" while simultaneously writing this blog.
