Despite an 8-degree temperature, I remained undeterred. Focusing on my upper body, I engaged in pushups, pull-ups, and chin-ups. The cold couldn't stop me from pursuing my fitness goals.
College Adventure: Books and Lectures
With a tight schedule, I quickly got ready, grabbed some books, and attended two lectures at college. It was an opportunity to enhance my knowledge.
YouTube and Hanuman Chalisa: A New Light
Back home, I created a video for my YouTube channel. Following that, reciting the Hanuman Chalisa provided a spiritual experience, adding a different significance to the start of the day.
Outdoor Workout and Job Training: Testing Stamina
The outdoor workout included squats and jumping jacks, adding an extra dose of energy. During job training, I participated in a mock call, an integral part of preparing for my upcoming certification.
A Meal and Meditation: End of the Day
The day concluded with a single meal due to time constraints. Post-job training, I engaged in meditation, providing a sense of peace and tranquility.

Namaskar dosto! Aaj mera din shuru hua 21 Day 75 Hard Challenge ke saath, jisme maine apne aap ko ek naye level tak pahunchane ka sankalp liya hai. Din ki pehli shuruaat meditation ke saath hui, jo mere mind ko calm aur focused banaye rakhne mein madad karta hai.
**Thand Mein Bhi Josh: 45-Minute Workout**
Din ka agla hissa 8-degree temperature mein bhi tha, lekin isne mujhe rok nahi paya. Upper body ko target karte hue, maine pushups, pull-ups, aur chin-ups kiye. Thandak se bawra ho kar bhi maine apne fitness goals par dhyan diya.

College mein jaane ka time tha, jaldi taiyaar hokar maine books li aur do lectures attend kiye. Ye meri knowledge ko aur badhane ka ek mauka tha.
