75 Hard Challenge and Bhramcharya Journey: day 20



Namaskar, dosto! Today, I want to take you on a journey through my 75 Hard challenge and my 20-day exploration of bhramcharya. It's been an incredible ride so far, and I am thrilled to share my daily routine with you.


## Morning Bliss: Mindful Start


My day begins with meditation, setting the tone for positivity and focus. After rising early, I dedicated time to 350 crunches and 100 pushups, laying the foundation for physical strength and resilience.


## Academic Pursuits: A Date with Physics


With the body energized, I immersed myself in the world of physics during my morning study session. The mental challenge coupled with fasting heightened my cognitive abilities, making the learning experience even more enriching.


## Spiritual Connection: Hanuman Chalisa and Pooja


A refreshing bath followed by the recitation of Hanuman Chalisa and a peaceful pooja session served as a spiritual recharge. The profound impact on my mind is evident, as this ritual leaves me with a relaxed and focused mindset.


## Professional Aspirations: Job Interview and Training


Transitioning into the professional realm, I attended a job interview for a BPO position. Post selection, my training commenced at 12:45 PM and extended until 6 PM. The commitment to both personal and professional development reflects a holistic approach to life.


## Nutrient Fuel: Breaking the Fast


After training, I broke my fast, recognizing the importance of nourishing the body at the right time. A well-balanced meal provided the energy needed for the next segment of my day.


## Physical Endurance: Evening Run and Exercise


To cap off the evening, I engaged in a rigorous running session, complemented by 50 squats. Physical fitness is an integral part of my routine, contributing to overall well-being.


## Mindful Closure: Evening Meditation


As night fell, I once again embraced meditation to unwind and center myself. This practice serves as a peaceful conclusion to the day, allowing for reflection and mental rejuvenation.

75 Hard Challenge aur Bhramcharya Yatra: Mera Din 20 


Namaskar, dosto! Aaj main aapko apne 75 Hard challenge aur 20 din ke bhramcharya ki yatra mein lekar jaana chahta hoon. Yeh ab tak kaafi adbhut tha, aur main khushi se apni dincharya aapke saath baantna chahta hoon.

## Subah ki Shuruaat: Dhyan se Shuruaat


Mera din dhyan se shuru hota hai, jo ki sakaratmakta aur dhyan ke liye awaaz karta hai. Jaldi uthne ke baad, maine apne din ko 350 crunches aur 100 pushups ke saath shuru kiya, jo sharirik majbooti aur sahanubhooti ke liye adhar bana.

## Shiksha ki Ore: Physics ka Saathi


Jab sharir energized hota hai, tab maine subah ke adhyayan mein bharpur samay diya. Sharir mein urja banaye rakhne wale vyaayam ke saath, yeh manasik kshamata ko aur adhik samarthan deta hai, padhai ka anubhav aur bhi anmol banata hai.

## Adhyatmik Jud: Hanuman Chalisa aur Pooja


Ek tarashaar snan ke baad Hanuman Chalisa ka path aur shaant pooja ke samay ek adhyatmik punarjivan ka anubhav hota hai. Mera dimaag bilkul shant ho jaata hai, jise yeh ritiual chhodo ke saath chhod deti hai.

## Vyavsayik Lakshya: Naukri ke Interview aur Training


Vyavsayik kshetra mein pravesh karke, maine ek BPO sthiti ke liye interview diya. Chayan ke baad, meri training 12:45 baje shuru hui aur 6 baje tak chali. Vyaktigat aur vyavsayik vikas ke prati samarpan jeevan ki poornata ko darshaata hai.

## Poshan ki Urja: Upvaas Todna


Training ke baad, maine apna upvaas toda, sharir ko sahi samay par poshan dene ki mahatva ko pehchante hue. Ek santulit bhojan ne mere agle karya ke liye avashyak urja pradan ki.

## Sharirik Sahanshakti: Shaam ki Daud aur Vyaayam


Shaam ko samapt karne ke liye, maine ek kathor daudne ki session mein hissa liya, jise 50 squats ke saath poorit kiya gaya. Sharirik swasthya mera jivan ka ansh hai, jo saarvajanik kalyan mein yogdan karta hai.

## Soch Samapti: Shaam ki Dhyan


Jab raat aayi, to maine ek aur bar dhyan mein lin hone ka samay nikala. Yeh abhyaas din ko samapt karne ke liye shant aur kendrit hone ka ek shaant avasar pradan karta hai.

## Samarthan ki Talash: Aapka Anmol Yogdan


Mai apne safar ko aapke saath baatne mein aapko comment aur apne vichar saanjha karne ke liye bulaata hoon. Aapka samarthan atyant mahatva purna hai, jab hum apane lakshyon ki or badhte hain.

## Kripya Karya: Sakaratmakata ko Apnayein


Ant mein, main aapke samarthan aur prerana ke liye apni kritajnata vyakt karta hoon. Agar aap is yatra mein sahayak mahatva mante hain aur di gayi jaankari mein moolya dekhte hain, to sakaratmak aacharan apne jeevan mein shaamil karne ka vichar karein. Chaliye milke saath milke apne jeevan mein sakaratmak parivartan ki or badhein.
