75 day hard challenge and bhramcharya day:: 24


Hello, everyone! Today marked a step towards self-improvement and advancing towards my goals. It began with morning meditation, providing a sense of peace to my soul. I delved into learning about the stock and share market, gaining a new experience of knowledge.


I engaged in indoor exercises, dedicating 45 minutes to pushups and stretching, rejuvenating both my mind and body. Following that, a nutritious diet of chickpeas and soybeans provided me with strength. After a wholesome meal, I initiated my day with the recitation of the Hanuman Chalisa, connecting with spirituality.


A significant task awaited me during the day - a certification exam. Before that, I assisted at my father's shop, realizing the importance of relationships and empathy. The certification exam went well and concluded around 2:30 pm.


After a day of hard work, I allocated time solely for walking and incorporated jumping jacks into my outdoor exercise routine. Dinner was light and healthy. Wrapping up the day with meditation brought internal peace and positivity.

Namaskar dosto! Aaj ka din tha ek naya kadam apne aap ko sudharne ki aur apne lakshyaon ki or badhne ka. Subah ki shuruaat hui meditation se, jo meri rooh ko shanti mili. Fir maine stock aur share market ke baare mein padha, ek naye gyan ka anubhav.

Mai ne indoor exercise mein 45 min tak pushups aur stretching ki, jisse mera mann aur sharir dono energized feel hue. Aur phir aayi nutritious diet ki baari, jismein chane aur soyabeen ne mujhe shakti di. Khana khane ke baad, Hanuman Chalisa padhkar maine apne din ki shuruaat bhagwan ke saath ki.

Din mein ek mahatva purna karya tha - certification ka exam. Usse pehle maine apne papa ki dukan mein madad ki, jisse rishte aur samvedna ka ehsaas hua. Certification exam accha gaya aur lagbhag 2:30 pm ko pura hua. 

Din bhar ki mehnat ke baad, maine sirf walking ke liye samay nikala, aur outdoor exercise mein jumping jacks kiye. Raat ka khana bhi halka aur swasth tha. Meditation karke maine din ko samapt kiya, ek antrik shanti aur sakaratmakta ke saath.
