75 day Hard Challenge and bhramcharya: Day 17




Introduction:

Namaskar dosto! Today marks the 75th day of my challenging journey, coupled with a 17-day commitment to brahmacharya. Join me as I share a glimpse into a day filled with self-care and discipline.


Morning Routine:

I kick-started my day by diving into a book about human cells, followed by a rigorous exercise routine—pushups, diamond sets, planks, jumping jacks, crunches, and squads. Post-workout, I captured a moment and created a video for my YouTube channel, CJ Thoughts.


Mindful Meditation:

A 10-minute meditation session focused on self-care themes through the Medito app left me refreshed and centered. It's a practice I religiously follow.


Productive Writing:

After a nourishing meal of chane and soyabin, I spent time enhancing my handwriting skills by writing a page each in Hindi and English.


Evening Outdoor Exercise:

As the evening unfolded, I engaged in a kilometer of fast walking, complemented by squads, jumping jacks, and Russian twists—ensuring a well-rounded outdoor workout.

Gratitude and Spiritual Connection:

Completing the day with a heartfelt Hanuman Chalisa recitation and prayer, I expressed gratitude for the day's accomplishments.

 Daily Reflection and Nourishment:

The day wrapped up with a delicious dinner featuring aloo matar ki sabji, roti, milk, and chuvra—a perfect conclusion to a day dedicated to personal growth.

This blog serves as a testament to the power of discipline, self-care, and gratitude in transforming our daily lives. Wishing you all a fulfilling journey ahead, and may the upcoming new year bring abundant joy and success.

Namaskar dosto! Aaj mera 75va din hai meri kathin yatra ka, jise 17 din ke brahmacharya ka sankalp sahit kiya gaya hai. Aaiye, main aapko ek din ka jhalak dikhata hoon, jise swasthya aur anushasan ne bhara hai.


Subah ka Anusaar:

Maine apna din ek kitab se shuru ki, jisme manav koshikayon ke bare mein tha, uske baad ek kathor vyayam ka karyakram—pushups, diamond sets, plank, jumping jacks, crunches, aur squads. Vyayam ke baad, maine ek pal ko capture kiya aur apne YouTube channel "CJ Thoughts" ke liye ek video banaya.


Chintanatmak Dhyan:

Medito app ke madhyam se ki gayi 10-minute ki dhyan abhyas ne mujhe taza aur kendrit banaya. Ye ek aisa aacharan hai jo main niyamit roop se anusaar karta hoon.


Utkrisht Lekhan:

Chane aur soyabin ki bhari bhari bhojan ke baad, maine apne likhne ki kala ko sudharne ke liye ek pratinidhi pej Hindi aur English mein likhi.


 Shaam ke Baahar ka Vyayam:

Jaise hi shaam dhal rahi thi, maine ek kilometer ki tez chalne ka saamna kiya, jise squads, jumping jacks, aur Russian twists ke saath poora kiya gaya—aek antarraashtreey baahya vyayam ka pura karyakram.

Krutagnata aur Adhyatmik Jod:

Din ko ek hriday se Hanuman Chalisa ka path aur prarthana ke saath samapth kiya gaya, jisme maine us din ke uphaar ke liye krutagnata vyakt ki.

 Daily Vichar aur Poshan:

Din ko ek svadisht bhojan ke saath samapth kiya gaya, jisme aloo matar ki sabji, roti, doodh, aur chuvra shamil tha—ek din ko vyaktigat vikas mein samarpanit hone ka ek shreshth samapan.


 Nirdesh:

Yah blog anushasan, swasthya aur krutagnata ke shakti ko badalne ki shakti ka praman hai hamare rojmarra ke jeevan mein. Aap sabko age badhne mein saflta aur khushi ka bharpoor anubhav ho, aur ane wale naye varsh lekar aaye khushiyo aur safalta ko saath.
