- Phir aaya wo time, jab thoda sa workout karne ka mann kiya. Pushups, squats, aur thoda sa core exercise – bas itna hi.
2. Healthy Nashta:
- Nashta mein chana, badam, aur kismis khaya, taaki din bhar energy bani rahe.
3. Family Aur Kaam Ka Connection:
- Papa ke dukaan par gaya, unke kaam ko samjha aur unki madad ki baat ki.
- Ghar waapas aaya, thoda sa aaram kiya, aur fir meditation ka dusra session kiya.
4. Outdoor Fitness:
- Baahar jaake walking aur running ki, thoda sa fresh hawa mein workout karne ka alag hi maza hai.
5. Shaam Ki Routine:
- Din ko pooja ke saath khatam kiya aur phir ek simple si dinner.
