Bhramcharya Mein Confidence
Is samay main bhramcharya ka palan kar raha hoon aur mujhe mere vegetarian hone par bhi bahut sakthi ka anubhav hota hai. Bhramcharya ne mujhe adhik confidence diya.
Subah Ki Shuruaat
Subah 6 baje uth kar maine apne basic kaam kiye aur fir ek book padhi shares aur stocks market ke baare mein. Trading, investment, NSE, mutual funds aur SIP ke baare mein 10 pages tak padha. Fir 10-minute ka meditation kiya.
Indoor Exercise Time
Uske baad maine YouTube par Australia vs Pakistan match se related video dekhi, phir India vs South Africa ke match se judi video bhi dekhi. In sabke baad, maine apna indoor workout shuru kiya. Pushups, diamond pushups, squats, lunges, Russian twists, pull-ups, chin-ups, crunches, flutter kicks, jumping jacks, sab kuch kiya. Fir stretching bhi ki.
Subah Ka Hanuman Chalisa
Subah ko Hanuman Chalisa ka path kiya. Jise pad kr man ko shanti mil gai. Bhramcharya ke palan me hanuman g bahut help krte h. Me apko advice dunga agr ap bhi ese kuch Krna chate h to hanuman chalisa pad kr shuruaat kare.
Papa Ki Dukan Mein
Fir maine papa ki dukan par thodi madad ki aur Hindi aur English dictation likhi.
Evening Workout and Interview
Shaam ko, maine running par jaake outdoor workout kiya. Interview diya aur assessment ke liye taiyaari bhi ki. raat Ka Khana Aur Relaxation
Ghar aake, khana khaya (ALU ke parathe desi ghee ke saath). Thodi der music suna, fir half kg milk piya.
Aaj ka din kafi achha gaya. 10:30 pm ho gaya, aur main ye blog likh raha hoon. Umeed hai aapko bhi aapke goals ki taraf kadam badhane ka maza aa raha hoga. Dhanyavaad!

Today, I will tell you how my 12th day of the 75 Hard Challenge went. So let's get started.
Confidence in Celibacy
Currently, I am practicing celibacy, and it gives me a lot of strength even in my vegetarian lifestyle. Celibacy has boosted my confidence.
Morning Routine
Waking up at 6 am, I completed my basic tasks and then read a book about shares and the stock market. I delved into topics like trading, investment, NSE, mutual funds, and SIP for about 10 pages. Afterward, I meditated for 10 minutes.
Indoor Exercise Time
Following that, I watched videos related to the Australia vs Pakistan match and also those related to the India vs South Africa match on YouTube. Afterward, I started my indoor workout, including pushups, diamond pushups, squats, lunges, Russian twists, pull-ups, chin-ups, crunches, flutter kicks, jumping jacks, and more. I concluded with stretching.
Morning Hanuman Chalisa
I recited the Hanuman Chalisa in the morning, which brought peace to my mind. Hanuman Chalisa greatly supports celibacy. I would advise you to start your day with Hanuman Chalisa if you are interested in such practices.
At Dad's Shop
Then, I helped out at my dad's shop and wrote dictations in Hindi and English.
Evening Workout and Interview
In the evening, I went for an outdoor workout, attended an interview, and prepared for an assessment.
Dinner and Relaxation
Returning home, I had dinner (potato parathas with desi ghee). I listened to music for a while and then had half a liter of milk.
