75-Day Challenge: Day 8







Namaskar dosto! Aaj mera 75-day challenge ka 8th day hai, aur sabse pehle mein kal ke liye mafi  chahta hoon. Main kal blog likh nahi paya day 7 mein, lekin iska karan yeh nahi hai ki maine challenge chhod diya. Kal raat ko mujhe achanak se bukhar a gaya, isliye maine medicine lekar so gaya tha. Par maine apna challenge give up nahi kiya tha. Kal bhi maine indoor aur outdoor exercise ki, 4 liter paani piya, ek book padhi, aur ek photo bhi li.


Aaj main apni day 7 ki picture aur day 8 ki dono pictures is blog mein upload karunga. Toh aaj ka mera din shuru hua apni indoor exercise ke saath. Maine pushups, pull-ups, crunches, aur cardio kiya. Indoor exercise ke baad maine hamesha ke liye meditation ke liye baitha. Main bata du ki main meditation ko is challenge mein include kiya hoon, taaki apne dimaag ko bhi behtar banaya ja sake. Main rozana 10 se 20 minutes tak meditation karta hoon.


Mujhe lagta hai ki meditation ne hi mujhe yeh ummeed di ki main 75-day challenge brahmacharya ke saath kar sakta hoon, aur main woh bhi kar raha hoon. Main medito application ka istemaal karta hoon, jo ek free application hai. Yeh bahut simple techniques deti hai, jisse koi bhi novice meditation seekh sakta hai. Main 41 din se lagatar meditation kar raha hoon. Meditation ne mujhe bahut fayda diya hai.




Maine khana khaya, ghar ka khana, pure veg, aur bina kisi protein powder ke. Main protein powder ke khilaaf nahi hoon, lekin abhi mujhe afford nahi ho sakta. Uske baad maine apne father ki shop par thoda kaam kiya, aur apne YouTube channel ke liye ek video banaya. Uska link main aapke saath share kar dunga.


Abhi main editing thik se nahi kar sakta, lekin main apni body progress record karna chahta hoon. Uske baad maine ek page Hindi aur ek page English ki dictation likhi, kyun ki main apni handwriting improve karna chahta hoon. Sath mein maine 10 pages ki book padhi.


Shaam hone wali hai, main outdoor workout ke liye taiyar hoon. Running ke sath maine 2 set pushups bhi kiye. Ab din khatam hone ko hai aur ab main kal ka blog likhne ja raha hoon. 75-Day Challenge: Day 8 and 7 


Hello, friends! Today marks the 8th day of my 75-day challenge, and first and foremost, I'd like to apologize for not writing a blog on day 7. However, the reason wasn't that I gave up on the challenge. Last night, I suddenly got a fever, and I had to take medicine and rest. But, I didn't give up on my challenge.


Yesterday, I continued with both indoor and outdoor exercises, drank 4 liters of water, read a book, and even took a photo. Today, I'll be uploading pictures of both day 7 and day 8 in this blog. So, my day began with indoor exercises, including pushups, pull-ups, crunches, and cardio. After finishing my indoor exercise, I sat down for meditation, which I have included in this challenge to improve my mental well-being. I usually meditate for 10 to 20 minutes daily.


I've been meditating continuously for 41 days now, and it has given me hope that I can successfully complete the 75-day challenge with abstinence. I use an application called Medito for meditation, which is free and provides simple techniques suitable for beginners.


I believe meditation has played a crucial role in my progress. Following my meditation, I had a meal consisting of home-cooked vegetarian food, avoiding any protein powder as it is currently beyond my budget. Afterward, I assisted in my father's shop, and I also created a video for my YouTube channel, the link to which I'll share later.


Although I'm not proficient in video editing yet, my main goal is to document my entire body's progress. Subsequently, I engaged in a dictation exercise, writing one page in Hindi and another in English to enhance my handwriting. Additionally, I read ten pages of a book.


Evening is approaching, and I'm gearing up for an outdoor workout, including running and two sets of pushups. The day is coming to an end, and I'm now heading to write the blog that I missed yesterday. Thank you for reading my blog. If you have any advice, please feel free to share.
