Today marks the 5th day of my 75-day challenge, combining meditation and abstinence. My morning routine included push-ups, pull-ups, squads, and stretching, totaling 45 minutes. Following that, a 10-minute meditation session brought peace to my day.
With an interview scheduled, I quickly prepared, starting with a refreshing bath and a nutritious meal comprising chickpeas, almonds, and raisins. Post-interview success, I needed to collect items from my father's shop, intertwining work responsibilities with my personal goals.
Balancing job commitments with the 75-day challenge might pose challenges, but time will reveal its impact. Post-interview, I managed to complete tasks at my father's shop and catch up with a friend, culminating in an outdoor workout of 45 minutes.
