75-Day Challenge and bhramcharya: Day 13**


Introduction:


Hello dosto,


Aaj main apne 75 din ke challenge ke 13ve din ke baare mein bata raha hoon. Is din maine kuch kiya aur kuch important sikh bhi li. Sath me bhramcharya ko bhi Puri traha apply kr raha hu.


Start of the Day:


Maine subah 6:00 baje utha aur current affairs padhne ke baad, apne basic kaam se free hone ke baad, maine aaj ke current affairs padhe. Fir maine apni exercise shuru ki. Maine 3 set push-ups, 2 set diamond push-ups, 2 set crunches, 30 second plank, aur Russian twist kiye. Iske baad maine pull-ups aur chin-ups bhi kiye. Ye sab karne ke baad maine yoga aur stretching bhi ki. Ye sab karne mein mujhe lagbhag 45 minute lage.


Mindfulness aur Self-awareness:


Exercise karne ke baad maine meditation kiya. Maine mindfulness ki practice ki. Isse mujhe apne mann ko shaant karne aur apne shareer ko mehsoos karne mein madad mili.


Brahmacharya ka Palan:


Main mangalvaar ko fast rakhta hoon, isliye aaj mujhe bina khaaye rahna tha. Brahmacharya ka palan karna mere liye bahut mahatvapurn hai. Isse mujhe shareerik aur maansik roop se majboot banata hai.


Rest of the Day:


Nahane ke baad maine Hanuman Chalisa padhi. Fir main apne pitaji ki shop par gaya. Maine apko batya tha mere pita g ki gas welding ki shop h so usme Jo oxygen cylinder hota wo  khatam ho gaya tha, isliye maine unhe ek naya cylinder manga diya. Iske baad maine kuch financial topics padhe. Shaam mein maine apna fast toda aur ek podcast bhi suna. Fir maine outdoor exercise ki. Jisme running and walking sath me cardio shamil tha 


Conclusion:


Aaj ka din mere liye bahut achha raha. Maine bahut kuch kiya aur main apne 75 din ke challenge ko safalta-poorvak poora karne ke liye pratibaddh hoon.


Key Learnings:


1. Niyamit Vyayam Karna Mahatvapurn Hai: Vyayam se shareerik aur maansik swasthya dono mein sudhar hota hai.

2. Dhyaan aur Aatm-Jaagrukata Mahatvapurn Hai: Isse mann ko shaant karne aur apne shareer ko mehsoos karne mein madad milti hai.

3. Brahmacharya ka Palan Karna Mahatvapurn Hai:*Isse shareerik aur maansik roop se majboot banata hai.

Introduction:

Hello friends,

Today, I'll share my experiences of the 13th day of my 75-day challenge. I accomplished a lot and learned some important lessons.

Start of the Day:


I woke up at 6:00 AM, read the current affairs, and began my day with exercises, including push-ups, crunches, plank, and yoga, lasting about 45 minutes.

Mindfulness and Self-awareness:


After exercising, I meditated, practicing mindfulness to calm my mind and connect with my body.

Practice of Brahmacharya:


As I fast on Tuesdays, I refrained from eating. Following Brahmacharya is crucial for my physical and mental strength.

Rest of the Day:


After showering, I recited Hanuman Chalisa, then visited my father's shop to arrange for a new gas cylinder. I also studied financial topics, broke my fast in the evening, listened to a podcast, and did outdoor exercises.

Conclusion:


It was a fulfilling day, and I am committed to successfully completing my 75-day challenge.

Key Learnings:


1. **Regular Exercise is Vital:** Exercise improves both physical and mental well-being.
2. **Mindfulness and Self-awareness Matter:** They help in achieving mental peace and body awareness.
