Today, I am here to share my experiences on my 75-day hard challenge and the 50 days of my journey with brahmacharya. This journey has been a significant experience for me, as I committed to embracing a disciplined and positive lifestyle.
**Morning Rituals:**
My day began with warm water, followed by a refreshing bath and prayer. Meditation brought peace and focus to my mind. Opting to have breakfast in the morning, ensuring energy for the afternoon fitness regime, was a strategic decision.
**Fitness Routine:**
My workout includes push-ups, crunches, and squats. These exercises contribute to enhancing my physical strength. Taking short breaks during office work to include these activities adds an energetic boost to my day.
**Office Work and Outdoor Exercise:**
After office work, I incorporated outdoor exercises such as walking and stretching. Spending time with nature provides a unique sense of tranquility. Following this, a meal with potato parathas gave me additional energy.
**New Addition: Hand Watch:**
I introduced a new companion in my journey - a hand watch. It serves as a useful tool for time management, aiding me in organizing my daily tasks.
**Helping Others:**
By helping a colleague with their work, I had the opportunity to contribute positively to someone else's day. Mutual assistance is an integral part of our society.
**Conclusion:**
